- Trading Terms
Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to acceptance by B-Loony Ltd and will be confirmed in writing or via email.
Prices & Payment
Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
Title of Goods
Ownership of goods remains with B-Loony Ltd until full payment is received.

Custom Products
All artwork and print proofs must be approved by the customer in writing. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Colours, shapes and sizes of printed goods may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process. These variances do not constitute defects.
Use of Products
Products are sold on the basis they will be used appropriately and safely. Balloons must be handled in accordance with the guidelines provided.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including strikes, fire, floods, transport issues, supplier delays, or government restrictions.
